The Person Behind the Idea
Setli was founded by Denis Sipos after seeing firsthand how fragmented managing a shared rental home could become. Rent payments, household expenses, maintenance, reminders and everyday responsibilities were often spread across bank transfers, messages and separate systems.
Rather than building around theory, Denis began shaping Setli around the realities of managing his own home and tenants. That experience became the foundation for a platform designed to make shared renting clearer, simpler and easier to manage for everyone involved.
